For
every project, Tradex Hospitality appoints
a particular team of professionals with expertise gained
from similar international procurement projects which include
shipping procedures and documentation, as well as import
regualtions in force at the final destination of the goods.
This team will be involved from the initial stage of the
process until its installation and completion. The team
leader or Project Administrator will be in constant communication
with the Hotel Project Manager and coordinate all the necessary
project implementation and installation activities.
Once
the installation has been completed, this team will be responsible
for providing all necessary technical services, as well
as the manufacturer’s warranties, terms of new orders for
future purchases, and any other information required for
the efficient operation of the project.
