The ICPS system allows a continuos monitoring and control of the entire purchasing, manufacturing, and shipping schedule cycle for purchased products in the following sequence:

	purchase orders
	in production process
	manufactured and ready for shipment
	in local transit (by land /air)
	at consolidation point
	at shipping port
	shipped (vessel identification / container number / departure-arrival dates)
	at destination port
	at local Customs
	received at the property
	under installation process
	project completion

Sophisticated order management and tracking systems provide up to date information for all products. This ensures that the hotel implementation process is expedited according to pre-arranged needs, thus avoiding project delays.

All shipments and deliveries will be coordinated so as to keep a logical installation sequence at the property, as planned by the Project Manager.
