The preliminary budget is prepared based on the instructions and specifications contained in the Interior Design and Architectural Project Manual.

Once completed, it is reviewed together with the owner and management companies and the Interior Designer to determine whether it is necessary to consider alternative products to meet the investment’s financial goals.

Tradex Hospitality utilizes sophisticated software system for budget preparation which can be organized by items, vendors, functional areas, or any other required configuration.

The budget will be divided in two categories depending on the installation or the product’s final use:

FF&E / OS&E
	FF&E (Furnishing, Fixtures & Equipment) “Front of the House” This includes furniture, lighting, carpets, wall coverings, art work, mill work, bed and window treatments, ornaments, etc.
	OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) “Back of the House” All supplies, equipments and accessories required to effectively operate the property.
