These discounts are achieved through volume purchasing, negotiation and consolidated shipments.

Once the estimated budget has been reviewed a detailed account of bids and negotiated prices will be presented for:

	Customized items: Furniture, “mill work”, carpets, fabrics, architectural lighting and special product price from different vendors will be submitted for customized items. Local vendors will be considered when applicable.
	Standard items for FF&E and OS&E areas

All price bids will be jointly reviewed with the owner company in order to control the budget objectives. In the event that some budget limitations arise, Tradex Hospitality will conduct a value analysis study to recommend alternative products which will not affect the project quality or architectural concept.

The budget will include delivery dates compatible with the chronological development of the project.
