items. Local vendors will be considered when applicable.

All
price bids will be jointly reviewed with the owner company in
order to control the budget objectives. In the event that some
budget limitations arise, Tradex Hospitality will
conduct a value analysis study to recommend alternative products
which will not affect the project quality or architectural concept.
The budget will include delivery dates compatible with the chronological
development of the project.
